All aspects of the team experience (preparations, host community arrangements, work project) are consistently rated by team members above 4.0 on a 5-point scale. Today, 49 percent of all our volunteers come to us from word-of-mouth referrals.
Moreover, 35 percent of our volunteers return to join another service program. Many have participated on 10, 15 and up to 21 teams!

While most volunteers recognize their important role in strengthening our development partnerships, it's not the immediate, "quick fix" that some crave.
