Judy Strobel, Marketing Director: Judy manages Global Volunteer's marketing and media efforts. She has a Bachelor's Degree in journalism and French, a diploma in broadcast journalism, a Juris Doctor (Law) and will soon earn an MBA. She's served on Global Volunteers' Poland program. Judy formerly held executive and director postions in Minnesota's private, public and nonprofit sectors.

Karisa Grosser, Marketing and Service Partnerships Manager: Karisa manages our service relationships with universities, corporations, travel agents, companion NGOs and coordinates programs with Encore volunteers. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in English and completed an English teaching internship in Yokohama, Japan. As a Marine, Nancy worked with the Office of the Judge Advocate General (JAG). She's served on service programs in Ecuador, Ukraine, Poland, Vietnam and Italy.

She has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, a professional background in sales and marketing, and has served as a volunteer and board member for local non-profit organizations. She previously worked in real estate sales.

Michelle Holker, Volunteer Coordinator: Michelle counsels volunteers to select service programs that match their skills and interests. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in marketing and international business and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin. She studied in Spain and Mexico, and has spent great time traveling in Europe and Latin America. She also translates for a radio station in her spare time, creating their Spanish commercials.

Stephanie Peterson, Volunteer Relations Manager: Stephanie works with volunteers to promote service programs within their communities and social networks. She was a journalism major at Drake University and earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy - nonprofit management from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. Stephanie speaks German and Spanish and worked as an outdoor education instructor in Leysin, Switzerland.
