Nancy Graham, Finance Volunteer: Nancy help us stay current on tax letters and state registrations. She retired from Ameriprise Financial Services after19 years in various technology positions and 13 years in Internal Audit, most recently as Audit Director. Prior to Ameriprise, Nancy worked as a private psychologist, and volunteered on our Italy Service Program in 2007.

Famatta Dennis - Finance Volunteer:
Famatta helps us process volunteer applications and checks receipts on budget returns. She earned a BBA in Finance at Concordia University, graduating in 2007. Her prior experience includes working as an Accounts Receivable/Data Entry Associate at Ecolab and working as a Proof Operator/Teller for US Bank.

JJ Jouppi - Finance Volunteer:
JJ helps process volunteer applications and payments. He graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota in 1999 and worked as a Legislative Assistant for the MN House of Representatives and also as a Field Director for Congressman Bill Luther. JJ most recently was Executive Director for the Minnesota State University Student Association.

Erica Ledesma - Program Volunteer:
Erica assists the Operations Department with general tasks and special projects, including service program preparation and evaluation. She has a Master's Degree in Educational Policy and Administration; Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota and is fluent in Spanish. Erica strives to provide all types of learners to serve across cultures.
